Suite à votre candidature, vous êtes contactée par une RH qui assurera votre suivi tout au long du process.
Première étape : entretien téléphonique RH.
Deuxième étape : entretien physique avec un des managers afin de valider le profil.
Troisème étape : préparation d'un pitch commercial sur base d'une étude de cas transmise au préalable, devant 3 ou 4 managers.
Quatrième étape : entretien de finalisation avec un manager qui recrutant.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.
