It was a virtual interview during the height of the pandemic. My immediate supervisors were my interviewers. They were both friendly and kind. They introduced the company and what the role requires and need.

Entrevista
It was 2 rounds of interview. First is with the manager and second round is with the onshore team. Interview was mostly about previous experience and the roles and responsibility in the previous organizations.

Interview process was organised well, reminder was given prior to the scheduled time of interview . Interview was not delayed from the scheduled time and date.Feed back was give real quick. Overall the interview process went as per instruction.

Entrevista
The interview process went on smooth. Feedback for the interview was given in 2-3 working days itself. Recruiters gave candidates first priority. Roles and responsibilities were explained clearly. Interviewer answered each and every question which I posted. Good follow-up be the recruiters and the HRBP. Onboarding formalities were clearly explained and team helped in filling the forms appropriately.
