Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Provo, UT) en abr 2014
Entrevista
Emailed my resume to their hiring department and heard back within 1 business day from the recruiter. They conducted a brief phone interview where they asked about my anticipated graduation date, GPA, etc before scheduling me for an in-person interview with various sales managers a couple days later.
The on-site interview process consisted of a quick tour of the office followed by three back-to-back interviews with different team leads and the head sales trainer. They asked specific questions about my resume and previous sales experience, including how well I performed at my previous sales jobs. They seemed to be getting a feel for your confidence level, how well-spoken you are, and whether you're in it for the long-term. Each manager will have a copy of their resume and they take notes on what you're saying before reviewing all the applicants each Friday to determine who to hire.
Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, personable, and relaxed.
The friday following the interview I was contacted by the recruiter and told to come in for a final interview which was less of an interview and more of them laying out the career path, earning potential, and outlining the benefits specified in the offer letter.
Entire process took me less than a week, start to finish.

If I were to contact all of your previous employers, what would they tell me your greatest weakness is in the workplace?
Very long & unnecessarily drawn out process with 5 stages. First 2 stages have merit as they are HR & the Hiring Manager. Both were fair, detailed & as expected and went very well. Next 2 are with managers in different teams - 1 Sales & 1 Tech. Both were quite generic & high level - but both had plenty of useless generic questions thrown in too. These 2 steps are certainly not needed as these managers are not involved in your day to day, yet can still shut you out of the process.
Last step was a presentation on site, but the Hiring Manager left suddenly and the process fell apart. No real engagement after and some very generic feedback that I was deemed unsuitable after round 3 &/or 4.
My take is that they are very disorganised and in line with current employees that many in Sales are let go. Judging from my personal experience & interaction, something smells rotten here (especially in Sales org) and I am genuinely glad (although frustrated) that it went this way for me. Would avoid if possible.
It was solid, structured interview - met with many folks in a panel style interview drawn out over a host of weeks. Too many if you ask me, but I get the idea they wanted to be careful with their process and select the right person for the job.
