Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (Bengaluru) en nov 2024
Entrevista
It was an on-campus opportunity
Round 0: Resume Shortlist where the main criteria was CGPA and internships completed.
Round 1: Aptitude Test, 45 question in 60 minutes. 3 sections: logical reasoning, analytical reasoning and Verbal Ability.
Around 500 gave the test and 70 qualified to the next round, which happened 2 days after the online assessment
Round 2: Technical Interview covering your resume, projects as well as some core subjects. I was also asked a sql query and some concepts related to core java . Time: 40 minutes. The key to this round is to be confident and ask for feedback if you feel you are going wrong. I was faltering a lot in the sql question, but I constantly asked questions to clearly understand the problem and ultimately came up with a solution, which the interviewer was satisfied with.
Round 3: Partner Round. Here, I was asked what was favourite subject was and was grilled deep with respect to it. This round went really well and I got selected mainly due to my performance in this round as my first round did not go so well. The round was short, lasting only 15 minutes but the number of questions asked were a lot and it was essentially rapid fire at one point.
Round 4: HR Discussion. Basic stuff like why would you like to join PwC, What is PwC, Where do you see yourself in 5 years etc.
We did not know how many people progressed from round 2 to 3 or from 3 to final round as it all happened in one day and in superset platform. We were notified within 15 minutes of the completion of the previous round whether we would progress to the next one or not.
The interview round started with round 2 at 9 AM for me and concluded with the final round at 1:30 PM. Others had their rounds simultaneously till 6:00PM. Finally result was declared on the same day at 9:30PM.

Firstly there was an online test, which was very similar to CAT. The questions were divided in three sections, english, quant and logical reasoning.
After completing that I got a mail one day before the interview, telling me I was selected for the next round
There were three rounds:
First one was mostly based on my resume, I was mostly asked about my projects. Then we discussed my achievements which were mostly co-curricular.
Second round was partner round. A senior from pwc took the interview. A few questions were asked from dsa and DBMS. Other than that we discussed my leadership roles which were mainly in clubs.
Third round was hr. But she didn't ask a lot. Just a question and that's it.

Select a company of your choice and explain various departments in the said company
Out of college - simple case interview. More of a conversation if anything. Before that was a behavioral with your typical questions and always answer with STAR (situation, task, action, result). Just looking for moderately smart people with a few standouts that they will promote YoY.
The interview process involves three stages: a Technical Round to assess your skills, a Managerial Round to evaluate fit, and after one week, HR will contact you with the offer if selected.
