Got 3 round interviews: HR, Users, Partner. The first round was a typical HR screening interview, primarily focus on your past experience and motivation Second round, I met with the users (2 person) which are supervisor and peer. Pretty straight forward question, even closed-ended. Last round, meet the partner. It's more about fit interview

one normal interview online with one person, then a technical interview where they gave you a laptop and had to complete their exercise and explain your thought process, and a last in person interview with the head
