The interviewer made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the interview session. It was a mutual understanding on the expectations from both sides. I had two rounds of interview. One with the Director as the Partners were away for an event and the second interview was with a Partner.

The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
