Business case
In a timespan of about three weeks I ran through the entire procedure. I had to make a case and some online cognitive tests. This case and the results of the tests where used in a first interview with the HR department and a senior associate of the department I applied for. In this interview round they tested my general knowledge, language skills and company fit. The next interview was with the director and another senior associate. This time there were more personal questions.
Communication during the entire procedure was fast, professional and very pleasant.
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.
