The overall process consisted of firstly completely an online application form followed by being invited to complete a set of psychometric tests (Numerical and Abstract Reasoning). Both of the tests were simple.

Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
