It was good. They made sure we were in a healthy environment. Two people were there during the process. Their presence not only provided guidance but also created an atmosphere of reassurance. They were attentive to any questions or concerns, and their support contributed to a smooth and stress-free transition into the new role. This approach helped me feel welcomed and confident as I began my journey with the company.

What are the disadvantages of Cloud and Physical Data Center?
Standard behavior and case study interview. It was very conversational and informative on the company. The case study was not too difficult, I think they just want to see your train of thought and how you think.
HR interview screened a lot of ppl away. It is used to see how dedicated you are to the industry
Interesting case interview. Can be prepared well by asking AI to prepare case studies for you.
One-one interview with MD was more about knowing you as a person.

Entrevista
Contattato tramite una agenzia del lavoro, è stato fatto un primo colloquio con loro, poi un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con Protiviti.
Dopo aver passato entrambi, ci è stato erogato un mese di corsi (academy) che avevano un po' la funzione di colloquio tecnico (abbiamo dovuto fare dei progettini da presentare ai tecnici dell'azienda, ma eravamo accompagnati dai nostri insegnanti). Tutto molto tranquillo, nulla di difficile.
