Entrevista
Interview consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews. The first was a standard personality interview while the second was a case (which they provided me with the day before, which was unique). Both were done over video.
Case study and behavioral interview, given a day to prepare with the case, interviewer was very supportive of different ideas and recognized there were no “right” or “wrong” answers they were specifically looking for

Invio del curriculum all'ufficio HR. In seguito, si continua con un primo colloquio sempre in carico all'ufficio HR. Infine, il processo termina con un colloqui con un manager della divisione a cui abbiamo applicato/siamo stati assegnati.
