Entrevista
It was quick. I went through from the initial phone call to the final interview and offer in less than a week. They first call to talk about your work experience. Then you come in office for a product demo, then a chat with another recruiter, then an interview with 2 managers. The whole process in office can take up to 2 hours. Then you Skype with a VP, then it's references, then the offer. A big vetting process, but they're looking for the right people.

More comfortable than any other interview I have participated in. Questions flowed with the conversation instead of being more structured which made it more easy to be genuine. The most common topic was careeer growth potential at Phreesia, which is hard to find in a company, much less discuss during the interview process. There are multiple rounds to ensure each candidate is both a good fit for the culture and the position, so you have a really good understanding of the company and it’s staff. There is less pressure on the candidate to impress the interviewers and more of the two parties discussing if they are a good fit for eachother, which is how an interview should be! Overall this interview process proved that Phreesia prioritizes culture and certainly values it’s employees!

The process took about two weeks, and everyone was friendly and responsive throughout. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a brief video interview and exercise. Finally, I received a product demonstration, and had video interviews with the hiring manager, a cross-functional partner. I received my offer shortly after that.
