Multiple behavioral interviews each lasting about 45 minutes at the PepsiCo site. The interviews were broken up by tours of the facility and general information about the company as a whole.

The process first involves of a 20-30 minute interview, with one HR person and another employee in a similar role to that which is being applied for. Then you are moved to an on-site interview, where you have three 45-minute interviews with plant managers
