The interview was scheduled through college recruitment services at my school. The interview consisted of standard behavioral interview questions. The interview was conducted by two people that would be my superiors. I was not impressed that they were dressed casually (dingy polo's and slacks). If they liked me then I would be invited to interview at their corporate office in Chicago.

Phone interview followed by onsite interview which was one-on-one with 8 different people in group. Everyone was friendly and informal but serious. No brainteaser or analytical questions. Mostly just seeing if the fit seemed right.
