Very easy and laid back. Offered me drinks and once I was hired offered to show me the entire facility which was optional. Everyone I was introduced to seemed fairly courteous and wanted the new guys to succeed, and actually as we were leaving seen us outside and gave us more advice and had more good things to say about this company.
