It was very ill organized I went on a 2 hrs drive from home and they told me the interview was rescheduled!! I didn't receive a phone call or email,I had a week and 1/2 between call and interview , no notice at the gates about the interview , very unprofessional and respectful security and reception at the gate

2 person interview. Trades guy and Admin interviewed me. Very informative and scenario type questions. Looked like they where interested in knowing the individual not just the skills. Had a tour of the premise after which was both informative and at the same time a continuation of the interview.
