Well they I got a email for a telephone interview. They responded to me very quickly after I did the application on-line. I did the phone interview. It was very general and no longer than 30 minutes. He had my resume in front of him and he just went down the list and asked me to explain.

The first stage of the interview was a quick background check with the recruiter.
The next stage was just behavioral questions to have a better understanding of your prior experience, lasted roughly 30 minutes.

Typical 5 star process the hiring manager was very 1. 2. 3. She seemed nervous and u sure but all and all was okay. She ask about 3 questions looking for the problem I faced and how I overcame it in the work enviorment.
