It consists of several stages - CV, tests, video interview with hr manager in Russian and assessment center. My position was declined on the video interview stage. They never replied why and did not provide any feedback.

Why do You want to work in our company?
Five questions, online as with many employers nowadays. Be sure to read the recommendations on the email they send you. When answering interview questions remember to be structured and avoid going in tangents. They really do look for good examples of what ypu have done in he past.

Entrevista
It was an online 8 question video interview, where you followed through online and recorded your answer. You had two mins to respond to each question after you see the question. They record you and you have one opportunity to redo the video.
