The whole process took about a month. It started with an email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I received another email to set up an in-person interview. In the email it was instructed to wear jeans, and tennis shoes or steel toed shoes if you have them. This was so that you could preform the exercise demonstrating what the job entails. Since I already work in a similar position I have steel toed shoes. So I arrive for the interview. The first step is a short video. The second step is preforming the exercise. It states that the total time given for the exercise is 45 minutes in the emails, it is actually only 15 minutes and will switch the goal of the end result part way through the exercise. The last step is the actual interview, and the time where you can ask any questions that you may have. The ending of the interview is pretty standard with an I will email/call you.
However, they will not follow this step. I just so happened to log into the site in which you schedule the in-person interview and it said that I was blocked from applying. It stated that even though I have impressive aspects they are going with candidates who better suit their needs. I have no clue what would be better then someone who has worked similar hours, and in a similar position. I do believe that they discriminate. As I was waiting for my interview there were only 2 females, the majority were men. This is odd in such a big company who claims to be equal opportunity. So even if you are a qualified female don't waste your time.

Basic Questions, Set up through emails. Ask customer type questions. Interviewer was late for my interview, He had my time wrong. So I had to wait. Offered me a gatorade so that was a plus.
Easy , pretty clear and quick. Managers are nice and makes sure all details have been taken into conversation during interview. After conversation it will take approximately 2 weeks for final decision.

The interview was more than frustrating for me. I arrived 10 minutes early to an empty lobby. I figured they were busy and there wasn't a bell to ring or anything to that effect. I sat there for about 15 minutes when the next interviewer came in. We began speaking and about 30 minutes later, somebody finally came out. They came to speak with that interviewer and allegedly, I was not on the roster. I offered to reschedule since I had the free time and was told their scheduler was on vacation for two weeks so they didn't want to make me wait that long. They got me into an office with somebody who clearly had other things they were taking care of and seemed annoyed by being pulled away to interview me. After the third eye roll and frustrated sigh with an explanation of benefits I've already read, I reiterated that I am more than happy to reschedule if they needed me to. I was not asked any questions about previous employment, just given information about the company followed by a signing of a sheet claiming I knew what was explained to me. At this point, I thought either they already knew they weren't going to hire me, or the interviewer believed it was onboarding information and not an interview. He rushed through everything and in a spin I was back out front with a promise of a callback. About a week later, I was declined and frustrated as it felt like they didn't even give me an opportunity.
