Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PepsiCo (Halifax, NS) en oct 2016
Entrevista
The Sales Development Program for new grads was an average/below average process. Two HR employees from PepsiCo reached out to me to interview (despite my disinterest in the position). They were very persistent — it felt a little too aggressive. I submitted an application and made it to the first interview stage, where four managers (some senior) asked various behavioural and situational questions. All the questions they asked have been previously posted on Glassdoor. This could have been very beneficial, had I looked on this website beforehand. I did not make it past the first interview round.

Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en PepsiCo (Orlando, FL) en oct 2017
Entrevista
After applying online the process began with a short on campus interview with a PepsiCo representative. From there I was contacted to travel to Orlando for next round interviews. This consisted of a dinner the night before where we were given information about the next day's process. The actual interview process was 4 consecutive interviews formatted as: a resume review, a behavioral interview, a case presentation, and a sales scenario.

Many different rounds that consisted of many different types of interviews. It was a long process that had me going back and forth for months. Started off with easy on-campus interview, then continued to an on-site all day interview with other applicants. After that interview i was invited to a 2 day interview at one of their big locations; there were 4 different rounds of interviews that included role-play, behavioral and situational as well as a presentation. Overall the people were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during all of the interviews but I was just not what they were looking for. It was disappointing after all of the time spent but it was great interview and learning experience.
