Entrevista
It's a typical multiple-step process (phone with HR, onsite with hiring manager) but well organized and the individuals I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The nice HR recruiter on the phone spoke enthusiastically about the company benefits. She arranged for an onsite interview with hiring manager, who was also very helpful and gave me a tour of the offices and a good overview of the position.
However, I was warned from the start that the interview process is long and they were not kidding!! Our interactions were relatively brief but spread out during several weeks. Unfortunately, after onsite interview, the only feedback I ever got was my candidate status on their career portal, where it changed from open to closed after several more weeks.

Was asked a few of trick questions about the productivity software you're expected to support.
Technical and Behavioral interview, very straightforward, open ended questions. Interviewers were very personable and the process was very smooth. Unsure how many rounds of interviews there are, but first one was very clear cut

Fue muy ágil y el proceso en general fue muy bien definido. Tuve respuesta final en menos de un mes y me dieron mucho seguimiento en el inter. El proceso consistió en tres etapas.
