Interview was held on campus in person. They asked mostly behavioral based questions and the Interviewers were really personable! If you go to all the recruiting events that they have on campus, it would make it really easier. That way you feel more comfortable because you’ve spent time with the interviewers.

The interview process at PepsiCo was very good, there was not anything that threw me off. The interview questions were mostly behavioral interview questions. Relatively formal interview process with 2 interviewers.
