Attended university career fair, interviewed the following week at career center. Received offer a week after interview.
The interview was one on one. The interviewer read questions from a packet and wrote down my answers.
Interviewer was very friendly, passionate about the company, and willing to answer all the questions I had.

Tell me about a time when you had a difficult conversation.
Lighthearted and reasonably long, not too intimidating, doesn't give difficult to answer questions. Very friendly interviewer, company was very quick to give updates. Good experience overall, asked a lot of scope questions.

The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a combination of behavioral and technical, while the second round was more technical heavy with case questions and ad evaluations.
