Entrevista
Set up a time for an interview with the hiring manager, after an initial recruiter interview. Set time aside for the interview, only for it to be cancelled later that day by sending a generic rejection email. Unprofessional due to the miscommunication and not being willing to professionally tell me, but instead sent me a generic rejection email. Appear to not care for applicants, whether they hire them or not.

I met with a panel of managers, even though the recruiter told me it would just be one person. They rapid fired questions leaving me barely time to breathe in between. Usually sales people attempt to joke around and build rapport but these interviewers were extremely cold and lacked basic conversation skills. I declined to move forward to the next interview because of the culture.

First you will do a phone screen with a recruiter, then you will have a phone interview with Team Manager, she will further discuss the role and ask questions relating to your skills and discuss the job more in detail. Next, you will be doing a panel Interview with the team, there was the team's manager, another manager, and 2 people that are in the role right above what you applied for.

First interview was a zoom panel interview, where each person would take turns asking a question. It was not conversational or fluid at all, not very open/welcoming interview at all. And It made me not want to work for them.
