Had two interviews - they were very informal discussions. We talked about the role but zero real questions about skills. It seemed positive then I was told that they would consider me for the job. They scheduled a third interview with a Vice President and that seemed to go well. Ended up getting rejected. Apparently I was up against an internal candidate and you never win in that case. Next time I'll just ask so I don't waste my time. You are always at a disadvantage against internal candidates.
