The team I interviewed with has now changed the take-home exercise to a virtual whiteboard exercise, and the all-day on-site is now virtual and split across a few days.
The interview process is different for each design team at Oracle.

it was an hr screening process, and then the next step was presenting presentation to hiring manager. i got rejected right after the screening process. the recruiter gave a really transparent walk through of what to expect throughout the stages which is great.
Fueron tres diferentes entrevistas, la primera con RH, después con un team member y al final el manager, las primeras dos fueron sencillas pero la última fue 100% técnica, algo complejo
