I have to say for a very large company the recruiter did not have there stuff together. this is coming from a 2 times president club winner at multiple organization. They wanted me to present in NYC but gave me ZERO details on what to present on or any structure. I asked her if its after a discovery call or first meeting? the recruiter reached out to me the night before at 9:30 to give me some motivation. Next time if you are going to waste money on flying out a client to NYC give them better direction on where we are presenting and the details around that. I have not been more unprepared for a interview in my life, even starts up have their stuff together. JJ
1st call - with a recruiter, already writing off your resume " you might not be a good fit we'll see"
2nd call- Sales manager, great call got a good understanding
3rd call - 30/60/90 day plan
4th interview- in person presentation

4 rounds, recruiter, regional manager. regional director, and then VP of sales as a final stamp of approval. Very collaborative and thorough process. Focused on how to build pipe, and to create a GTM strategy, and how to work through a cycle with challenges.

Long process, multiple interviews with varying levels of managers and engineers as well as colleagues, took almost 3 months for paperwork to be completed. Background check was required and references as well. No drug test. Must submit w2s.
