Applied through campus recruiting. Heard back to do a 1:1 with the recruiter, which then lead to a phone interview with a manager, and then another in-person 1:1. The entire process was relatively quick, and each interview was extremely conversational. Questions were mostly behavioral, nothing asked was out of the ordinary. They're looking mostly for fit and passion for sales.

Entrevista
So far, I have only gone through the initial interview. It was basically a screening to move on to the next round. Allyson was very nice, and made the process very painless and let you know exactly what was expected of you.
I first met with a recruiter at my university's career fair. I then had a phone call with a recruiter that asked me to go through my experience and why I wanted to work for Oracle.
Met with the recruiter at a school job fair. Had a pre-interview 30 minute screening where we walked through my resume and the recruiter pointed out some tips for the next few rounds. The interviews are primarily behavioral but have an answer for ready for why sales/tech/oracle.
