Had phone screen two weeks after applying online. Follow-up one week later. Another phone interview happened 5 days after second phone interview. Finally had a live interview after 3 weeks. Seems like a slow process. Actual interview lasted 2 hours.

The interviewer invited me to their canteen for lunch, and then started the interview. This was a role that needed to do some security analysis on hardware, and the interview questions were related to detailed work processes that require some experience, not suitable for those who are just newly graduated, like me. Perhaps they had expected candidates with more experience.
