I’ve gone through 3 interviews, 1 general with HR, 1 with project leader and 1 with director and other project leaders.
The HR one was very detailed:describe experience, skills, difficult situations I’ve had to manage.
The one with project leader was a work-scenario I’ve had to prepare in advance and in the panel interview had to answer multiple questions about that work scenario.

Written Assessment including quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning and personal interview(1-2 rounds) number of rounds depends in the recruiters interest or the number of people attending the interview. The will not say anything about the no.of rounds until the day of the interview

I attended 2 rounds both went well and maintained professional conversation. However dint hear back from them for many days on the selection. I made many followup calls, answer only after a month I received an acknowledge of bot getting through.
