I applied a week before getting an invite to their hiring event. I arrived on time but they started 15 minutes later. We signed in and was given a paper to write down our availability. Afterwards we were separated into groups of 5 to 6 and it was short and quick. The guy told us to pick an outfit that we'd recommend to a customer and explained why. He didn't give us much feedback on that though but he told us what happens afterwards if we got the job. Later during that week I got an email that we should expect a call from them to come in for the second round of interview. I got the call until next week and came in on a Wednesday. It was a one on one interview and basically you have to show you're interested in working there if not they won't call you back.
