The whole recruitment process was spread over the time. It could took several days just to arrange the next recruitment round date. From the very beginning of the process there was one HR person I was in touch with. But after the technical interview via Skype another person from OLX started to write me emails in parallel with HR. She told me that the next round will take place in Berlin office in spite of I applied to the position in another city. Sometimes it looked like they didn't know about each other. It was quite confusing. One month later they wrote me again, told me that initial position has been already filled and invited me to the next stage of the process but for another position. The last round I had was not successful for me. All in all it was a good experience.
