Was good, easy going, people seemed nice but sadly wasn't offered the role as it seemed they already had a different candidate in mind by the time I was interviewed.

The interview process commenced with an HR representative. During this initial stage, I was prompted to discuss my professional experience comprehensively, encompassing my career journey as well as the methodologies integral to my work routine.

Good process and interview was 2 stage process. First was Technical amd the second was HR round. I didn't got selected but my friend got selected and he was saying it was very good experience.

The interview wasn't bad, however the expectations that were set in the JD weren't properly managed in the interview. The reason why they declined was that the job had a language specifics, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere in the JD. If it was mentioned I wouldn't apply in the first place. So make sure to do a proper job in the future.

Very long process with numerous stages, including video recorded interview and 3 interviews with different members of team, including head of legal from Poland. Overall good interaction, but with mixed decision in the end (acceptance, then proposal of another position, then change of budget and rejection)

The interviewer was very kind and very well prepared. He studied my CV and portfolio very carefully and had a lot of detailed questions. He also created a very comfortable atmosphere for the discussion.

It was good but sometimes i felt i am in the Job Interview not a Internship. Thats why i felt uncomfortable. I think for internship interview the candidate should not be subjected to very deep and difficult questions

One quick call with HR. Just basic information. One live coding. Expanding a feature then refactoring something. One system design interview. Design a feature of the app. One discussion with the engineer manager

So there were total 3 rounds, after clearing all the rounds, and following up back to back with the HR for around 10 days, I got to know that hiring has been freezed in OLX and next update will be given after 3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I received a call again from same HR that for this role they have defreezed the hiring. Had a salary discussion with the HR and then again received a call on the same day that they need to schedule one more final round again with the same hiring manager that already took a final round before hiring freeze. Had a final round again with the same hiring manager and it went well as most of the questions were again strategical questions. Got a call from HR next day and she said interview was for SE in Test 2 role but you have qualified for SE in Test 1 role which is no longer an open position in OLX. Conclusion : I am still not sure why the same final rounds are being conducted twice that too after having a final salary discussion and that too with a person that has already taken an interview before and gave positive feedback in the first place. Overall, it was not at all a smooth interviewing process and was disappointed at the end.
