the interview process was one recruiter interview & hiring manager interview, followed by a take home test and review as the third interview. the process was pretty quick, and took around 2-3 weeks after doing so well, i was completely ghosted by the recruiter. followed up multiple times up to 3 weeks post interview and never heard from anyone ever. it was awful, and i would’ve appreciated even a generic email saying i didn’t get this job. it was my dream job. says a lot about the culture
