Very strange. Internal recruiter contacted me via email and put me through to hiring manager for a phone interview, then I was asked to come in for a series of interviews. Throughout, the recruiter never phoned me to get more information on me, describe the job, talk about salary, etc. After the in-person interviews, I didn't hear anything and I was unable to get any specific feedback when I asked for it. It was off-putting, considering the time and research it takes to prepare for these interviews. My issue was with the recruiting process, not the interviewers.
