The recruiter was also pretty nice and supportive during the entire process. I also appreciated that they were cognizant of the fact that I was on a strict timeline, and thus they gave me a quick decision.

Am absolutely ok not getting an offer but as a candidate who has gone through so many rounds , I dont think its unreasonable to expect an email saying they are not moving forward.
