I was reached out by Motion Recruitment on LinkedIn. We moved quickly and I did 2 calls with them; they call you after and in between every interview with clients. They are commission based and feel very pushy while putting on the guise of caring about you as a candidate and finding the "best fit". Be careful what you share with them, in private, as all the feedback you share is shared with the employer. I was transparent with what I was looking for from the beginning but it resulted in a waste of time working with everyone in the process as my distaste for working on weekends and past regular business hours was considered an unrealistic expectation.

Entrevista
I received a cold outreach from Motion Recruitment of LinkedIn regarding a contract role. I exchanged contact details with the recruiter and was immediately contact for a phone screening. The screen went well and I was told the hiring company would be moving fast and to expect a start date no later than the end of August if hired. I submitted my resume to the recruiter and expected to hear back on next steps by the end of that week since they were supposedly going to move fast. Well I never heard back. I followed up with the recruiter both via email and on Linkedin. Its now a week later with no response from a once enthusiastic recruiter. So it feels like I've been ghosted. I'm not sure what's up with this company and I'm not even sure there was ever a job available.
