Talked to 3 supervisors and 3 other finacial advisors. What they want to know is if you are willing to work long hours and make tons of cold calls. The initial pay is 40K for 1 year to be replaced by commisisons.

The first round is virtual. The interview was interesting and engaging. I actually enjoyed the process. There were math and geometric games afterwards, that were not incredibly difficult. Regarding the interview questions, you were able to practice and record your responses within the time allowed.

I had an initial phone call with the branch manager who was pleasant and direct. He explained the details of the job and the reality of positions available and then directed me to the next step.
