Self-introduction then jumped straight into technical questions. The whole interview was about how to solve questions, then how to improve the current solution.
There were also theoretical questions that I was not prepared for.

Implement the publisher-subscriber pattern and make it multi-threaded
One interview with local manager + interview with global team, that can last up to two hours and has a lot of technical questions of the role, need to be prepared with sql + linux, since this is used all over the firm.
