Entrevista
The interviews consisted of 12 one on one meetings with various levels of management. They varied by style as some were more fit while others were more technical. The fit ones tended to focus on teamwork as well as training junior people. The technical side focused on accounting as well as finance/valuation questions. All in all not that gruelling of a process although preparation is key for success.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
