My situation was similar to the executive assistant reviewer below. An email was sent to me asking for availability within the second week of April. I responded back with the disclosure form and other documents they requested. And I never received a response, I was instructed to cc another guy on the response in which I did but no response from either. Ironically, two weeks later I received an email stating that I will not be moving to the final round of the interview and thank you for attending. I am guessing their BO is a mess and so the professionalism of the company is suffering.
