There is a process in place to have multiple rounds of interview. But the interviewers are totally unqualified/unprepared. 1) Technical Interviewer had no background of the position that they were interviewing for or didn't take effort to understand. 2) Interviewers pretty much googled some random questions that was absolutely irrelevant to the job role. 3) One Interviewer came 20 mins late for a 30 min session and another interviewer was working from home and chose to call instead of video conference or in person 4) One technical interviewer was totally unprepared and asked me what is the position I am applied for and made up a random question. When asked to provide details he was struggling to explain his own question.
