The process began with an initial screening round where I was asked a few questions about various domains, my current work experience, and one coding question. In the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds, which were scheduled on the same day, I faced multiple coding questions, behavioral assessments, and domain knowledge evaluations.
After completing these rounds, I received a call informing me that I had cleared them and was moving on to the final AA round. Despite my efforts to follow up, I learned after a month that the position had been put on hold. I reached out to different recruiters on LinkedIn but received no response. The recruiters seemed unresponsive and dismissive, and despite sending numerous reminders, I struggled to get clear information about the next steps.
Eventually, I managed to connect with a manager who shortlisted my resume. I attended an interview for this new opportunity, but after two weeks of follow-ups, I was informed that this position was also put on hold. They promised to search for other opportunities and schedule interviews with different teams.
After clearing six rounds, I faced further delays and frustration. During the last round, senior manager , who was supposed to interview me, did not ask any questions but instead gave me a very challenging task. As I began working on it, he abruptly dismissed me, saying he had to attend another meeting.
Ultimately, after going through so many rounds, I received a rejection email. The entire experience was disappointing, characterized by poor resource planning and a lack of organization from their side.
