First they have an introductory call. Then they interviews were Panel interviews of 1 hour each back to back for a total of 3 hours. It takes about a week to get back with a final decision
Competency based interview. You will need to give clear examples and evidence of the work that you have previously undertaken. Technical roles will involve more technical based question, but again will need to give clear examples.
