Overall process was standard- 30 min interview followed by a role play and another 30 min behavioural based interview. Overall contact throughout the process was lacking. As there was no recruiter or HR involved you were chasing directly with the hiring manager for feedback… having worked or interviewed for other large tech companies, this was one of the worst. They give you no time to prepare for interviews asking for interviews the next morning at 4pm the previous day and will comment if you push back on this. After the process, if you are unsuccessful you will need to chase for an answer to find out you haven’t got the role and also for any sort of feedback. In my case, I had found out a week prior to finally hearing back that someone else I knew got the role but they held off communicating this to me for a week and a half and after me chasing them for an answer and any feedback… would expect a lot more from a company like this.

I was referred by an employee and had different rounds of interviews with the team and the hiring manager. Everyone in the team was very professional and kind. I had a role play with another team member as well.
