- Applied through a referral; Got a call from recruiter after 1.5 months of application.
- HR (outsourced) called to schedule interview; Then rescheduled it for later in the month without sharing a reason (moved by a week - notified only over email)
- HR took a day to share latest JD of the position!

Interviewed at Microsoft but I did not get an offer. Team was nice and there were free drinks and some snacks on site which was a plus. I would love to apply and interview again!

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
