Entrevista
I was contacted by MS recruiter in Jun or Jul and he asked me to wait until PM positions opened for interviews. Thereafter he contacted me again in August for a telephonic interview that went on for about 45 min to an hour. The interview was great and he told me to wait till he can arrange for an onsite interview. In Sep first week I went to Seattle for the final round. I had 3 interviews - the first one was about my resume and the work I had done and about a design question and a guesstimate question. This round was good. The second round was about domain expertise and more design ques, I was being interviewed for online division and this round was okish, it could have been better but still was alright. The third round was about the product and behavioural round . This round was good. I was fairly optimistic, however when I didn't get called for a 4th round I started to be unsure if I will make it. However the overall interview process was good and MS provides some good boarding and lodging arrangements.

Entrevista
Not a great experience with interviews taking 1 month to complete. Despite ongoing communication, the role did not move forward, reportedly due to approval constraints. The overall experience highlights a gap in aligning internal approvals before progressing candidates to advanced stages.
Clearer communication and better alignment internally would improve the candidate experience

Questions on Project Experience and Thought process
The interview process is grueling and I get why people do it but its more awareness, know that you'll spend an entire day and meet several people, so it's important to be mentally and physically prepared. Eat a good breakfast but not heavy stay hydrated. This was just for a PM role it's their standard process I imagine executive level is another thing altogether

Tell me about a time you didn't agree with someone who was a stakeholder on your project and how did you handle that?
Very smooth, thoughtful interview process. It showed the recruiter really cared what I had to contribute and asked great followup clarifying questions. Would definitely recommend everyone try an interview with them even if it doesn't pan out.
