It consisted of three interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes, and included a mix of behavioral questions, easy LeetCode-style coding problems, and several theoretical questions focused on core object-oriented programming concepts.
The student hiring process involves online application submission, skills assessments, technical and behavioral interviews, team matching, and a final offer decision based on aptitude, cultural alignment, and academic background demonstrated during all key recruitment steps.
There was a conversation, asking about my experience, my projects, the programming languages I know. The interviewer was very nice, asking about different kind of topics related to my Cs courses.
