Was one of the fasted interview processes I went through. Was outsourced though. Super fast in general. Decent company and best interview within fang. I would never work there again though.

After the initial screening, I had three seperated interviews with electrician and two facility managers. One hour each, total three hours. Total process took less than a month. They were very kind and almost felt like a lecture, not an interview.

Entrevista
Interview process is conducted in two stages.
Interview 1 explores your work experience and technical knowledge. They wish to know what transferable knowledge you have, and what level of knowledge you have about data center infrastructure - particularly on the core systems, emergency/redundancy systems, and emergency procedures.
Interview 2 engages with your personal experiences with working culture, team work and thought processes. Mainly soft skill discussions to determine your work ethic and cultural fit within the Microsoft team.
