Easy to medium leetcode questions, very short amount of time is given, so if you have seen a similar question before you have a higher chance of succeeding. Must walk through test scenarios and explain every step.

One task was to write a recursive function that returns first argument to the power of second argument, and the second task was about a tree, but I don't remember the details.
Full loop typical of "regular" Software engineer role 45 mins one easy one medium leet code style question just for screening then on to the rest of the interview loop
Challenging but good. The interview process is very well-developed and comprehensive. Interviewers were experienced and good at interviewing. The coderpad is great and they use excalidraw for system design. Be prepared to do two algorithms questions in 40 minutes!

1 technical phone screen. After that full loop which consists of 2 technical leetcode style interviews, 1 behavioral, and 1 product design interview which is the same a system design interview prep.
