Very meticulously executed, leaves no stone unturned. Every phase of program discussed and how the projects were executed. Technical sql assessments. Several rounds from different team members asking from different aspects. Very good system to look for right person.

Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.

You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
